▎Essential Oil Introduction

Khella is an annual or biennial herbaceous plant that grows in Morocco, Egypt, and along the Mediterranean coast. It has long been known for its use in traditional medicine. In Egyptian traditional remedies, it is used to treat respiratory issues and asthma. The khellin it contains helps relax smooth muscles and ease palpitations. In aromatherapy, it helps heal emotional wounds and open up the heart, and to relieve menstrual pain and premenstrual syndrome in women.
