▎精油簡介
蒔蘿英文名稱:Dill,別名:洋茴香、野小茴香、小茴香、上茴香、野茴香等,學名: Anethum graveolens L.,為傘型花科木質草本一年生植物,原產地中海地區和俄羅斯南方,植株高約60至75公分左右,莖桿直立、平滑,葉互生,具長柄,基部具鞘狀苞葉。
根據五千年前古埃及文獻記載,蒔蘿於當時即被作為藥用植物,而蒔蘿之栽培可追溯至公元前400年,舊約聖經中已有記載蒔蘿的栽培。希臘名稱Anethon,被作為葡萄酒中一種成分,稱為茴香酒。
▎成分解析
|主要成分:單萜烯
主成分為香芹酮(又稱葛縷酮、藏茴香酮,carvone),α-水芹烯(水茴香萜, α-Phellandrene )、丁香酚(eugenol)、檸檬烯、松油烯terpinenes和肉荳蔻醚等。
