▎精油簡介
厚朴,別名重皮、赤樸、烈樸、川樸,落葉喬木,可長到25公尺高。芳香的樹皮,大的葉子和芬芳的乳白色花朵。厚朴原產地在中國,生長在山區,現在則種植在世界各處作為觀賞樹木,它的樹皮可以在春天採集,4~6月剝取,根皮和枝皮直接陰乾,乾皮置沸水中微煮後,堆滿陰濕處,發汗至內表面變紫褐色或棕褐色時,蒸軟,取出捲成筒狀乾燥。
厚朴的樹皮含有生物鹼、香豆素、黃酮類和木酚素,存在於木蘭科植物樹皮中的木酚素,一種叫做厚朴酚。有北美種,像是洋玉蘭(M.grandiflora)就是親緣物種,跟厚朴的使用方式類似。
▎成分解析
|主要成分:倍半萜醇
厚朴成分非常多元,主要成分為倍半萜醇及倍半倍烯、ß-丁香油氫氧化物,用於脾經配方,可理氣燥濕、緩解脹氣,厚朴之揮發性化合物能激發味覺,進而引發唾液、胃液之分泌。另含厚朴酚(magnolol)以及和厚朴酚(honokiol)與少量的生物鹼等各種成分。
