▎精油簡介
甜橙(Sweet Orange),拉丁名Citrus 意指檸檬香氣之意,俗稱橙子,十分受人歡迎,人們除了食用果肉之外,其果皮和果汁可用來製藥,在中國古代受到關注,也像徵著幸運與繁榮。原產於中國與印度,後來經阿拉伯世界進入歐洲,因為當時非常稀少與昂貴,直到17世紀才將它拿來入藥。
甜橙精油可能取果皮或全果,以壓榨方式萃取,也可能以榨汁剩下的果渣,以蒸氣蒸餾法萃取(Weiss 1997) 。透過壓榨法取得的精油有淡橘黃到深橘黃,其顏色可能因品種和栽培國家不同,出現差異。橙的精油又分為甜橙(Citrus sinensis ) 和苦橙(Citrus aurantium) 兩種,氣味略為不同,如: 甜橙(八仙果、陳皮味)、苦橙(橘子味) 。
▎成分解析
|主要成分:單萜烯類
其成分可能會因來源和栽種而有所不同,典型成分包括檸檬烯(Limonene)、α-蒎烯(α-pinene)、ß-月桂烯(β-Myrcene),其中辛醛(octanal)和癸醛(Decanal)可能對氣味有顯著影響,此外也可能出現沉香醇(Linalool)、乙酸橙花酯(Neryl acetate),以及呋喃香豆素(furanocoumarins)與酮類,如ß-香芹酮(carvone) 、α-紫羅蘭酮(α-Ionone)等微量成分,具光敏性。
|成分1:檸檬烯(Limonene)
(1) 左旋檸檬烯 (l – Limonene):L= levo = 左旋,像走在針葉森林裡,在典型柑橘類香氣中帶有一點點甜味與森林的感覺,較為穩重直接。
(2) 右旋檸檬烯 (d – Limonene):d =dextro = 右旋,大家熟悉的柑橘氣味。

|成分2:乙酸橙花酯(Neryl acetate)
是仿橙花香氣的重要原料,氣味清淡優雅,無毒性,是一種食用香料,有些會被添加在香片中,有的被應用在化妝品工業。
